I would like to post the video on YouTube, but if I save will be saved in ProShow Gold and it offers no support for YouTube. Help.

What is really saved the project file (the file that ProShow specifies how to make the video) and not the Real Video files.
You need to export your video instead. To do this, click Start in the toolbar button (or ALT, click-O). Among the possibilities, there are "YouTube". Click above and fill out the username of your YouTube account and password, video information and categorization.
