It seems that all software licenses that are specifically exempted from nuclear plants. There is a precedent, or just scared? Nuclear power plants to the software? Does anyone use the software to ensure that its nuclear program?

I do not know anything about the legal precedence, but I know that there are design, construction, operation and maintenance of a nuclear reactor control and strongly regulated activities which may have significant consequences in case of difficulties. That would be my assumption that software companies do not want the liability if it can be traced back to its S W. FYI /: monitoring at nuclear still have analog - digital instrumentation and controls go through a very detailed investigation / testing. As a public citizen can, do the commissioners of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission in order to get more information.
